DeGray Tri

We had a pretty busy and fun weekend -- this past weekend was the DeGray Triathlon Festival. Saturday we went to watch the International and Half Ironman distances. WOW is all I gotta say! Thank goodness for the wonderfully cool temps -- they were a lifesaver!! Darby Kate seemed to enjoy watching all of the action. If we were yelling and clapping -- she would joing right in.

This was my first triathlon post-Darby Kate. I was pleased with my time..........of course, there is ALWAYS room for improvement. Thanks to Trev, Darbs, Bebe and Poppa for the support -- the cheers really do help!

DKC finally passed out. She woke up that morning when we did....at 5:30 a.m.!
